Okay, so we've implemented some of the changes! There is now an official bank up and to start everyone off, we all began at 800K. You'll find that even when you might not be getting wins, you're still earning money and that's huge. So some people might say it isn't enough, but in one week of racing, Ripley went from 800K to 1 Mil and she wasn't winning everything, so it can be done.
To get you acquainted with the system I'm going to just post some general information. First off, I want to acquaint you with the four boxes on the bottom left of the window. These four boxes will be on any page that you navigate to and look like this.
If you click on the pig, this will lead you to the bank, an actual bank where you can deposit and make withdrawals. If you deposit the money from your wallet into this account, it can earn you money. So if it's just sitting around, this is an option for you to make your money grow, other than just having horse winnings. It isn't required to put your money in here, that up to your discretion.
The second cash icon is to show you what donations you have received. Yes you can transfer cash to a friend in need if you want too.
The third icon is a little shop. If you click on this, it will take you to The Wire's shop. Here is where you can buy a new create, after you've used up your first three free creates, buy surface supremes, furlong extensions...etc. The staff and I will be coming up with some more items to purchase, so make sure that you keep checking in. ;)
The last icon is where you can see any items or cash that you have been gifted by other members or have gifted to others.
There are a couple places you can view your funds. Your profile naturally is where you can see whatever funds you have in your wallet (so if you put it into the bank it won't show). It looks like this:
So in the middle it says 800,000 points (won't let me change on this page) and that's how much cash is in your wallet. The other place you can look is in your profile for when you are posting your threads. When you over over your avatar picture it expands to look like this:
So that was a crash course. I know there will be more questions, so feel free to ask away. The other thing that everyone needs to do is post a thread in the Bank Board with your stable's name. We will be starting the tallies for winnings Feb. Week 1, so try to get that done asap. Ripley and I have some examples up of what we need. At the conclusion of every racing week, the designated admin will add the funds to your account to do with as you please. ;)
