Rula's Fall workout
Noah's Valorizzare's workout
Terri Lane was debating if taking Rula out for a work today, the mare was being quite the hot head this morning. Rules of Passion needed the workout something to stretch her long legs and not within the stable paddocks. She was a mare to please or those around her would be miserable. She would return to the sprinting tracks with no problem at all and to join her on this small run was Noadiance who ran a normal run last week just to see where he would apply. Terri trotted her out slowly as she rose her head with a bob with displeasure. Terri would throw a fit with the mare making her come to her commands was not easy. When approached by the bay colt the mare dashed at him with a bite and neigh only Terri pulling on the reins to back her off. "Hey knock it off Rula we are here to run not pick a fight." the jockey said walking her out to leave Carlos with Noah.
Noadiance was entered in the Valorizzare Cup and he would seem to need a bit of a punch to pull through which was why he was paired to work with Rules of Passion. Noah looked away from the mare as if he could not care what she was doing and when Carlos told him to push forward Noadiance followed the command with no hesitation. The two were off Rula holding back her large frame going with the wind and her strides farther apart from each other while Noah's kept his at a set pace. They were moving like a wild herd of horses running for freedom and when Noah came to close at Rules of Passion the mare nipped at him pinning her ears to her head.
The bay colt began to pick up some incredible speed and while he ignored the nipping from the tall mare he moved around her to beat her in the final turn. Noadiance rose his head with the extension of his strides as if he were ready and with that Carlos set him loose like a freight train and Noah took off pushing away from the closing mare at hand. Rula began to stalk Noah coming up on his rear making the colt push and push to tire him but the logic seemed to not work and Terri pulled Rula to fall on the outside where she did best and the mare trampled the dirt beneath her hooves to push the limits to Noadiance. With every passing second the dark bay mare beat the good willed colt by a whisker. If only the win was great then Noah would become even more surprised with the race to follow only the race would tel.
