"Rise and shine kiddo's its that time again get on to work now." Mason so kindly said to both Carlos and Meredith, he was such in a good mood it was rather rare for Mason to even smile lately. Garrett soon approached the group holding the reins that were attached to two horses each of the same bloodline but differed in a way. "Big brother don't you know not to hold Remi so close to other horses?" Meredith said a little frustrated walking over to him to take the reins into her own hands where she could guide Remi out to the tracks by herself. Reflected in Water was quite snippy with others and the tall colt next to her was her younger half brother Noadiance who didn't care if a horse was mean or not he just gradually stood there.
Reflected in Water was a natural preceder on the track something unpredictable of the sort perhaps she would teach her younger brother a few things on dodging and being patient. Remi would face the powerful Italian Ice again at the Summer Dawn Treader but the mare hadn't had a consistent season this year maybe she would face a strong upset by Remi then again their was Mourning Passion and Nightshade. Reflected in Water had her work cut out for her this season and she would fight to win the horse of the year title at the end of the year. Noadiance was facing harsher times now that he was entered in the Preakness stakes. Noah had faced those horses before and he would cling onto them with open arms but his massive build towered spot on but his thin frame set allowed him to catch and build more speed when he wanted to.
Both horses were off to a good start of their workout easily going by with Noah easing out in front of Remi who bobbed her head towards him and the pinning of her ears. Struck by the excitement Remi forced her hand and pushed to the middle right behind the colt as the two came about the halfway pole Reflected in Water tore from her held stride and pushed at every moment alongside Noah who was a different horse on the track than off when he nipped and sped up along the final turn.
Without a doubt the experience Reflected in Water had on Noah was something the staff team knew while allowing the colt to have his confidence boost up the mare struck back when she passed the colt to win by a length at full throttle. Noadiance blew passed his record timing and quite impressed his trainer now the only question would be would he impress the others and fight for that endearing finish to have a Triple Crown race just in his name alone the colt would progress and will demand the win he will so rightfully fight for as would Reflected in Water, they just had to wait for race day.
