RED HERRING TO RUN IN THE DUBAI WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
After a third place thriller in the Breeder's Cup Classic, citizens around and beyond The Wire and Green Horse Fields thought that Grade One champion Red Herring was fully retired. Turns out, after much thought from both owners and trainers of Firestone Racing, Red Herring's career will not be stopped there. Just today, it has been confirmed that Red Herring will run the Dubai World Championships in January Week Two. He will face the likes of Bella Luna, Eternal Phantom and GS Super Charged, all horses that pose a serious threat and that will be retiring after their run as well. Surface preferences really don't come into play here, as the race runs 10F on a deep sand track. We wish the best to all of the competitors and a happy retirement for all horses entered.
