Intrepid is extremely excited to introduce a new system of presenting publicly available studs. Each new season will be a rare opportunity for each stable to get their hands on new, old or proven lines and once that season passes the said stud's public doors will be closed until his next rotation. Here at Intrepid we are dedicated to not only helping you breed the best possible foal, but one that is healthy and can bring you those fresh outside lines for the health and quality of your barns. With a massive stud string, we want each stallion to get their fair share in the spotlight. So come and get these lines while you can because once this season closes you won't see their faces in the public again for a long time. Be brave, be bold - be fearless and breed yourself an Intrepid lined foal for the Y15 season!
How This Works:
- Copy and fill out the form below
- Intrepid will review the form and either approve or deny the offer
- Once the offer has been posted, an Intrepid staff member will approve, deny or suggest changes on proposed stats.
- Once stats are finalized a link to the foal needs to be posted here in this thread between 24-48 hrs.
- And lastly, enjoy your new baby! Please know that Intrepid's Breeding Contract does apply to the resulting foals.

Top Admiral
[Profile View]
Top Admiral is recently retired from the tracks after enduring and succeeding through three years of racing. The son of BHOF War Admiral and blossoming brood Flight of Fancy, Admiral is stepping up to take the place of his retiring older brother and sire in the breeding shed. He started his racing career at the age of three and out of his thirty-four starts only placed outside of the money once in his entire racing career with an astonishing 97% consistency. No one can say that the son of War Admiral and Flight of Fancy was inconsistent. He has shown flashes of brilliance that never really came to fruition from being shuffled around, but in his final two seasons with Intrepid he defied all odds and rose to the coveted Grade One Status, becoming the fourth Grade One son for BHOF War Admiral. Through Admiral as a sire your foal will have relations to some of the biggest names in the game like Admiral's Revenge, War Admiral, Comeuppance, In Front, Bellefire, Admirable and many others. Intrepid is extremely excited to introduce this fresh sire to the public.
8-12 Furlongs - Dual Surfaced - Excelled on Both - Y14 Quality Road Stakes* Winner
Mare Recommendations: Admiral is a tall stud standing at 17.0 hh with a powerful, thick and muscled frame. We recommend mares of light to medium frames so that the foal developmental process is not too prolonged. Admiral was a sound racer who raced well into his fifth year, he will bring firmness and soundness to those mares with conformational or soundness issues to result in a foal that will go the distance for you as a racer. Mares that are routers or distaffers would match quite nicely with him. Personality wise, Admiral is calm, cool and collected with nerves of steel - there is little that pushes this tall brute around. This being the case, Admiral can pair nicely with any types of personality while stamping his foals with wills of steel and determination.

Cosmic Warfare

Cos is a rarity all in and of himself with lines that you really won't find easily anywhere else. Descendant of Smarty Jones and Spotted By A Star, Cos has proven turf lines running through his veins. His half-sister was a turf success here on The Wire and Alluring Assault was named a Wire Champion. His dam Starbucks didn't have much to her career as a racer, but her future was bright as a broodmare being a coveted daughter of Twilight Stakes Winner, Spotted By A Star. His other half-sibling, Popcorn Blitz, sired by HOF Speed Demon, has just started his own breeding career and looks to have the makings of a great sire - a great indication of Cos' own future as a stud. Cos has shown ruthless resilience in his racing career and has been with Intrepid since their return to the tracks in Y12. Never lame a day in his life, Cos raced well into his fifth year to claim his coveted Grade One status. He ran light four year old and five year old seasons but in two years placed only in first or second, an amazing accomplishment. With solid relations and powerful personality and drive, Cos will be a turf sire to take note of. Intrepid is pleased to present Cos for his first season to the public.
8-11 Furlongs - Turf Surfaced - Great Resilience - Strong Turf Relations
Mare Recommendations: Cos is a wildly energetic stud with a strong personality. He stands at a massive 17.1 hh, but his frame isn't bulky in the slightest. Cos has the true lean form of a turfer with deceptive appearances. His lean appearance can often look like he has no power in his build, but that would be a grave misconception. Being overly energetic, we don't recommend mares that aren't easily controlled and maintained as the resulting foal would be hard to train. Cos will pair well with mares of a variety of builds.

Crank is one of a kind. He is a horse of raw power and inspiration with an attitude to match. He has no known relations besides his sole foal, Lethal Dose, who is doing an amazing job on the tracks with Witch Creek Stables. Crank is a fresh sire, already with the hint of promise. We won't try to trick you here though. Crank is a complete and total ass-hole. He's bossy, pushy and has this kind of wild gleam in his eyes. He's always been "just" manageable and has never been and never will be the kind of horse that you can bring kids around. He's pure muscle, power and cunning armed with teeth and hooves. He's not afraid to throw his weight around and you had better believe he will stamp his offspring with this wild stubbornness.Crank though had positive results on the track, regardless of his foul attitude and his daughter seems to be following in those steps. This is a Grade One sire you won't want to miss out on.
7-12 Furlongs - Dirt Surfaced - Major TC Conteder
Mare Recommendations: If you match a wild mare with this boy I will harm you. But seriously, we do not recommend mares that are overly aggressive. Spirited is fine and pushing it, but still manageable. We personally recommend mares with even temperaments and athletic frames and builds. Crank will bring fire to any crossing and he has the bulk and muscle to fill out those more athletic and slender builds.
