HEART OF STONE

Well, Well, After Grayson Meadows shares the devious ways of Passion Heart, Nature Blues would like to welcome the Heart of Stone progeny! Seen above, the black mare trots along the paddock with her fiery temper and glare. One of Nature Blues very first broodmares upon them opening up for the first time last year. While kept off the tracks due to her high levels of Aggression becoming a mother may have softened her a tiny bit. With five listed foals on ground one has retired, two are formally active, one in training, and one still being weaned at this time. This article reflects on her progeny at recognizing one of the Nature Blues first known racehorses.

RULER'S SECRET

Ruler's Secret is the first born son to both Passionate Ruler and Heart of Stone. Ruler broke his maiden within the first few times as a juvenile winning the August Mellifluous Maiden at the wire. While his juvenile career did not last to long due to an injury in his hoof the colt was to break for the rest of his juvenile career where he returned as a 3 year old where he placed in the Y13 Ameliorate Stakes as his first race back onto the track. During that season Ruler's Secret progressed to winning the Y13 Lucky Penny Stakes and the Y13 Y13 Grade Five Turf on Green Horse Fields as well as placing in the Y13 WINTER CUP GRADE FIVE TURF. His 3 year old career went by smoothly and when his 4 year old season sprouted he had only raced twice before the injury in his hoof came back and he was forced to retire. Ruler's Secret is now a freshman stud where he will be offered in Y15 to stand at Stud.

PASSION HEART

Passion Heart resides at Grayson Meadows and thus far right now Esther's prize foal for the turf tracks. While she did race for Nature Blues at some point she ran an okay juvenile career, placing in the Azalea Cup Fillies in Y12. She began to fall deeply after that where her 3 year old season was okay at best winning the Y13 January Maiden Turf. As a four year old however, she ran only three races at Nature blues before she was sold to Grayson Meadows where she now shines as a G3 mare to boot. We are excited for the rest of the season for our old equine and wishes her luck as a broodmare.

RULES OF PASSION

The last full sibling to both Ruler's Secret and Passion Heart, Rules of Passion is a sprinter filly for the dirt. Her juvenile career was not a good start only placing in the Y13 December Maiden Dirt and showing for the Y13 Wannabeastar Dirt Stakes the staff didn't want to fall under the same mistakes. Taking her off of the tracks and retrain her was the best thing, now as a 3 year old Rula is off to a great start winning the Y14 June Maiden Dirt, Y14 Seaspray Cup Grade Five Sprint, and the Y14 Golden Gate Derby one race away from already making it to Grade Four. The sister to Passion Heart is sprouting nicely and she will demand her 4 year old career with wisdom and attitude. The brown daughter to Passionate Ruler will spark with age like her darling older sister.

EXCALIBUR'S STONE

A steel grey daughter to Heart of Stone and is immediately into training for the prospect season. As a yearling, Cali is her own filly with her own mind. But like most of Esther's daughters, she is a horse that needs an experience rider with patience as she is not a very nice filly much to her head strong personality. Nature blues will lease her to Grayson Meadows upon her 3 year old season.

Esther's second born son a very muscular chestnut colt with a unpredictable attitude so far. He is only a weanling at this time but he will take the dirt tracks coming Y16.
