A three horse field was what was going on now, Meredith Hently was proudly on the back of My Remedy a Grade five thoroughbred whom was a very sweet boy. Terri Lane was approaching from behind Reme on the back of Rules of Passion a full sister to Passion Heart and who won a HOTY race known as the Seaspray Cup Grade Five Sprint on Green Horse Fields, she was a filly to now hopefully do well like her sister did. The newest jockey was on Denza's back whom was fiery with a snare as the three horses stood side by side from each other on the practice track. "Alright I assume Terri you are here to just work out those legs of hers?" Meredith said as Rula was a sprinter while Reme and Denza were known routers. "Hey, Rula may not have been Triple Crown potential but she has time to shine." Terri said patting Rula's neck looking at Sable. "Alright let's get going then..." Meredith said starting Reme off with a nice steady gallop.
Flaming Confidenza galloped off after Remedy with Rula stalking the two from a slow pace. Flaming Confidenza was on a rough schedule but as a juvenile she still had tie to find her spot in the racing lengths and would shine eventually. Pulling to the outside, Denza crossed with Remedy whom kept his glance forward and straight. Rula waited for the right moment and when she did the little filly found the front runner and used her stalking technique and pushed her way to the front. Rula had a long break and now she was back and meant business, the Passionate Ruler daughter was an eye to look at. Remedy saved his breath and let the fillies battle it out, Sable keeping Denza on the outside until it was time for Rula to pull out, Reme and Denza were one and one.
Terri gently pulled back on the dark bay filly to come to a trot as she watched the other two push forward faster. "Come on Rula, let's meet them at the finish." Terri trotted Rula around as the other two dashed off away from the sprinter. The palomino was a little cranky and would not hold off with Reme no matter what he did. Her mother's desire to win had seemed to be acquired in Denza and she showed no mercy. Both horses passed the wire with no glances at each other. "Sucks that wasn't a real race." Meredith said to Sable with a smile and her eyes proud. "Well I am still new but they looked very good out there." Sable said as he rubbed Denza to calm her down. All three jockeys were pumped and ready to go that the next few races would be in for their wallets.
