I'm posting in the official GHF thread as well but I thought I'd do it here too.
Some of you already know, but I have a pretty ridiculously busy summer ahead. I got all of my stuff moved home from college today. On Sunday the 11th, I'm hopping a plane with my family and we're going to Florida until the 16th. On the 18th, my sister and I are driving to my aunt's a few states over, and from there we're flying to Peru on the 20th and coming back on the 28th. On May 30th I'm to report to my summer job, a camp in West Virginia, where I'll be working as a riding instructor for the rest of the summer. Since I'm accompanying my mom on a work trip from the 5th to the 8th and moving my sister back from school on the 4th, I have roughly four days to shop and pack for the entire summer (including May 3rd and we all know how that's going to go with Derby coverage on....).
I'll have internet in Florida but I likely won't be using it since my computer is busted and my mom won't be taking hers. I probably won't have internet access in Peru. At this camp I get one hour off each day, which is the only time I have access to my phone/the internet. However, I will most likely spend it sleeping, as we have to be out to bring the horses in at 6am. I have one day off a week, which will likely be the only time I have to write workouts and the like. That is, if we don't go into DC that day or some other trip that takes away that computer time. Basically I'm just asking for a tad bit of lenience as far as works - I should definitely be able to meet the 2-month quota, but I may not be able to do one for every single major race. I don't think it'll be a problem, and I hope it isn't, because I don't want my horses to crash after they've been doing so well. I half-jokingly told Ripley that I'll try to write workouts in a notebook during any other free time I might have and just take pictures and upload/link to them, as typing up something already written would take extra time lol. I'll have my little netbook so as long as that survives, I'll be able to write workouts. So this is me going to put in a major effort to keep up on things while I'm at camp. Really, it's only three months - it should work out :)
