REFLECTED IN WATER GETS LOOSE
Early this morning Reflected in Water was on a hot walk when another horse spooked the mare that had her break the lead and run off from her trainer and team. She escalated at top speeds to the fence lines Chris Stevens managing to chase after her a top of Avengeable. Chris managed to find the mare in the wooded area however when she was approached by the jockey and horse the mare rose up and nostrils flared. Chris managed to rope the mare and attended to rein her back to the stalls with much fight.
The mare has certainly resembles her dam's aggression and it seems to be getting more futile with age. No one was hurt during this escape however the staff team is consulting on how many more races Reflected in Water will be entered in before she retires.
