So a couple of you know I've had a few problems over the past few months...

Well I'm currently at a really low point in my life, and my depressions got really bad, almost out of control, so I'm back on my medication, which was the last thing I wanted to be doing, so I'm at rock bottom at the moment. I've also been diagnosed with autism () which is really freaking bad now because it's lead to anxiety/panic disorder and I'm struggling, I can't even go out any more without having someone with me. (Alexia knows how bad I can get...)

I'm still here, I just need all the support I can get at the moment.. My 95 year old great gran has cancer, she's had it for about a year but my family failed to tell me until last week. I didn't know anything about it. My 65 year old nan has been told her liver is failing and it's not going to get any better, and my own Mum is just treating me like rubbish and thinks I just have 'naughty kid syndrome'...

I just dunno what to do any more guys, what the hell can I do?! :(

Meg why don't you PM me hon I probably won't be on for a few days but my struggles lie with lots of clarity to you I might be able to give you some extra support. I too can't leave the house alone due to my panic and myself and family members have gone through some tremendous health issues as well that I've struggled with trying to help while living with panic. I tried two meds and didn't like them so I'm going w/o but seeing a therapist regularly and slowly I'm seeing results, so I would encourage you to find a good CBT therapist. Anyway PM me and we talk more about it.
