This was close between the top two, but I just saw World Dominion coming out with a bang today.

Fast and Furious Stakes - 7F - G4
Win: Lost In Memories (2 lengths)
Place: Phantasm Frost
Show: Taboo (nose)
4th: Athena's Desires (nose)
5th: Devil's Blessing

Was quite the race with two front runners the closers really had the advantage here and it obviously showed. Lost in Memories really stuck out to me today and I do think you have an up and comer with her Cruisey! Keep it up!

Frost bounced back nicely today from his effort in the juvenile turf sprint and I do think he will be quite a contender for the sprinter crowns this season, I just didn't see a new three year old besting a four year old.

Essentially the same goes for Taboo here, I do quite like her and I think you have a contender for the Triple Tiara in her, maybe even a few legs of the sprinter crowns, I just didn't think it was her day to shine.

Athena's Desires suffered from the pace meltdown that was going on between her and Devil's Blessing and that's what landed her where she was.

Devil's Blessing is a nice horse for some reason I couldn't find myself placing him above Athena's Desires as he was apart of the pace meltdown. I really didn't want to put him here but in the end someone has to and today it happened to be him.

Brilli Flash Stake Derby
Win: Akumabuelle (neck)
Place: Alucard (nose)
Show: Barely Legal (neck)
4th: Siren Call

Akumabuelle pulled off a major upset here over Alucard. This race was rather odd today as no one really wanted the lead so Alucard was forced on it and Akumabuelle put in quite a performance, she made a sweeping move on the outside to take the race in a thriller by a neck. Barley Legal is still kind of getting back into the swing of things but I do believe you have something big Cavvy. Cruisey, I LOVE Siren Call, I love ALL Blood of the Angel babies, but I didn't see her managing to pull off a victory over these horses as a new three year old without a start before it. I'm sure she'll bounce back for you, she is a great race horse and I do think she'll give the boys a run for thier money in the triple sprinter crown, or even do some serious damage in the triple sprinter tiara.

Win: Criosphinx (head bob)
Place: Doubloon Moon (head)
Show: Southern Peach (nose)
4th: Chaotic Limitations

Holy cow people you're killing me...

This was a lot harder than it may look to most and although I found the results somewhat surprising when I finally decided on them.....
Criosphinx - I can see where some may think its rediculous that a create just beat four pedigreed horses, but looking at him, he had two solid workouts and a start beineth him. Fitness and experience definetly payed off today and it earned him the win.
Doubloon Moon - I own her sire, call me biased, but I fell in love with her personality Cavvy. I think you will see big things form her in the future. She had two works under her belt (as much as I hate to judge on number of workouts) and thats what put her where she is in the results.
Southern Peach - you have a beautiful filly here Lacee and I'm sure it will be in either her next start or the one after that, that she will break her maiden for you. I just didn't see her getting the better of the top two today.
Chaotic Limitations - I hate placing her here sammy, I really do. I do realize that she had a start already but I just didn't think today was her day to shine. I'm sure after another workout and perhaps another start she will start picking it up for you.

Ninth. Royal Charm

Royal Charm: Love Dark Charmer and Union Jaque, but the combo is relatively fresh and she didn't stand out as much in her debut in the prospects. Lovely personality, but like the winner, she can always improve the more she rises in the ranks.

Evanescence: She finished so low like Royal Charm because of her debut. This will truly be the first time Everyday Hero has produced a straight sprinter. Obviously, that's going to be a heavy influence on behalf of Golden Grove. This could change if Taboo and Wishing For A Heroine show further success in the sprinter ranks, so her status could only increase. Golden Grove, however, was unraced and Eva is her first offspring. She can rise in the lower ranks, but if you are keen on gearing her toward sprints, I would watch how far the distances get. Otherwise, very beautiful horse and I think she could give Everyday Hero yet another sire dimension.

Toss Up: Awesome personality, per usual Kennykins. While Gamble On Peace and Dark Goddess do have offspring out there, very few of them are on the track currently. Passionate God has not shown an affinity quite yet in his racing. Toss Up could definitely move up with a couple more starts in the prospect ranks depending on distance.

Hysteria: Adore her personality Frosty, but Limitless Time and Euphoria were 9-12 runners and I just see this one doing better beyond eight furlongs. Think she could definitely be a key player in the prospect series this year.

Momentarily Herself: Needs more personality, but has the pedigree to be effective at a mile thanks to Dylan Himself and through him Supernatural and Coincidence.

Ephermeral: Still a big fan of this filly, but the top three stood out ahead of her. Think she's a very smart filly and definitely within her distance here.

Sophie's Harmony: This Gamble On Peace filly did very well thanks to Sophie's Might's recency. Sophie's Harmony's half-sister was just inducted into the HOF and Mighty News and Sophie's Voice have become extremely relevant in the sprinter ranks. She could have placed higher if she had more personality, but her female family was very strong.

Winning Fire: I love her, love her, love her. I wasn't as big a fan of Winning Touch on the track, which is why I never raced her long before selling her, but I simply cannot deny this pedigree or her personality. She finished second to Arctic Fox due to his more recent family success at a mile.

Arctic Fox: Congrats on getting the top two Cruisey, that's quite a feat. He may not have shown brightly at nine furlongs, but something about Arctic Fox had me picking him out for the win today. He's a great horse.

Dancing Fool led this race wire to wire in gutsy fashion, holding off a closing Inferno. The last three were hard to place, being of similar record. Summer Romance had a bit of a chip after her lower finish in her first start, so she just edged out Vetanda by a nose. I hated placing StarFire at the end, but she just didn't stand out quite as much to me today. She'll improve in future starts.

WIN: Bowen Arrow (nose)
PLACE: Prima Donna
SHOW: Divided Notion (whisker)
4th: Lookin' Back Lucky
5th: Arlequinn
6th: Majestic Hero

Rough race to judge now some facts.

BOWEN ARROW: Bowen Arrow was the favorite here I love his workout and personality for this group of race. He has been working hard last season and I feel this season will be his for the taking. Good job Kenny with what you are doing.

PRIMA DONNA: Cc Prima Donna is a monster this is a sister of Calamity Queen and I feel she will seek her revenge here soon. She was fighting against a strong field of stalkers here but was beat by Bowen Arrow who took his time.

DIVIDED NOTION: Ripley I hated placing him here but he was against other stalkers who paced him harshly. However, he did come out on top but couldn't catch the top two. I feel he will do better next time.

LOOKIN' BACK LUCKY: Isabelle I know you have been working hard with Lucky but the top three were stronger against him. He fought with Divided Notion at the end. Give him a confidence boost he will do great.

ARLEQUINN: Cruisey Airy had a wonderful workout however as a sprinter she was caught rough with the milers of this race but that doesn't mean she can't pull off the distance. She was in a tough field and today was just not her day.

MAJESTIC HERO: Lacey Majestic Hero was in a tough notch. Keep working with him with proper workouts that are on going he will do better. With this class he needed a confidence boost but he has the power to get up there. He just didn't have it today.

IN REALITY STAKES* - 8.5F - 2YO - FILLIES - M+

5th Hellfire

Let me say that this field was immeasurably hard to judge. Everyone was well prepared for this race and honestly, I felt that any one of these horses could have taken the win. It came down to personality, family background and leg type for me to distinguish the placings for this race. Adrasteia had the lead here with Excalibur's Stone stalking nicely. Aphrodite's Chant was able to settle in the middle unhindered. Enrapture & Hellfire kept each other company in the rear. Exaclibur's Stone was able to use her previous experience here to really pressure Adrateia and then there was Aphrodite's Chant just waiting. These two in the end went at it, but there was the closers then to contend with and Hellfire and Enrapture. There was a huge hodge podge with this collision of the ranks, but Enrapture struck me as being ballsy enough to day to nose out the win from a fighting Chant and the dueling Excalibur's Stone. They all finished noses apart. It kills me to place Adrasteia and Hellfire out of the money, but I just didn't seem them besting the top three with the way the race was set up today. All great horses and no doubts that all will rebound nicely.

Sammy, can I get some more info on Majestic Hero? I don't understand how he got last.

He was up against a strong field I hated placing him there. The top three were stronger here but I feel that his next race will be his. Give him consecutive workouts and he will pan out for you nicely.

Cruisey Yeah, I know how you feel lol. Honestly in this race it was pretty even across the board. Like I stated previously, I went largely off of personality and leg types and in this race there were two closers in addition to a clogging Aphrodite's Chant. Enrapture took the hole and there wasn't room here for Hellfire to rally up. I promise this isn't the end of her career. She'll learn from this, but someone unfortunately had to come in last place for this awesome field. I wouldn't grow to discouraged by this race.
