Nature Blues two new jockeys were trained and ready to go out on their own with their own set horses. Sable the young blue eyed jockey was set to ride the 17 hands high juvenile Eavesdropper who was a turf favorite as of yet. Eavesdropper was set to run in the Golden Slipper Stakes which was the first leg of the Turf challenge. He opponents would consume a passionate race and desire to win, Rave would gladly fight for the spot of victory. A large field of six horses now that stablemate The Apathy had scratched. Proteus Prince would be his biggest opponent as well as Refute and Take Flight. This field would be massive and Eavesdropper knew how to handle his brethren.
Manhattan Royalty was rather the newest addition to the stables and the staff were trying to get him trained up to Nature Blues standards. Manny was entered in the Viviparous Stakes Race Two against also a large field. The colt would keep onto the leader, a preceder as Manny was he tended to do so towards the lead horse. Both horses were icky at each other Rave nipping at the shoulders of the newest addition to the stables. Manhattan Royalty was highly competitive and very fast a horse with his speed was elegant and proudly looked at. The horses took off with extreme caliber and pushed themselves to the maximum Manny only went to his mark before he pulled away to a stop.
Eavesdropper continued with his gallop brushing by with an easy stride Sable loosened the grip on the reins to give Rave the freedom he needed. Rave was set to try out the Turf Triple Crown and he would be on fire. Sable would help him get there no matter the competition or not. Pushing at a faster gallop around the home stretch the black roan colt decided to gain speed and give it all he got. The last run was worth it and Sable would hope that he would get to where he needed to go.
