Dreaming Of Glory is in very good recent form even without the victories of the other two. He has been in higher class races and finally managed to break through with this race. I love Beyond Perfection, but just did not see him getting the victory first time out. With another work, he should be able to nail down the win. The same goes for Fifty In Front. All three are nice horses.

Meritorious was an absolute wrecking ball out there today. She was on the muscle and her brilliance was on display after an enigmatic defeat last time out. Calypso's Fury fought well, but lost by a length.

Win: Phantasm Frost (nose)

4th: Dragon Heart (7 furlong race, he's 8-12)

Let me say these were all great horses, however in the end someone has to win and someone has to lose. I owned Phantasm Frost for a short period of time, and in my experiences with him, he always seemed to win when you least expected it, and that's what happened today. Spotlight Pride took the lead in this race, and Dragon Heart, Daring Vision, and Phantasm Frost followed suit. It wasn't until about the end of the final turn that Phantasm Frost snatched the lead from Spotlight Pride and the two sprinted away from the field to finish with Phantasm Frost winning it by barely a nose. Daring Vision came in about four lengths behind the top two and Dragon Heart couldn't handle how short the race was today and just fell short.

Cc Draco should have been fine he runs 8-12 furlongs while the race was a race of 7-10 furlongs or so he should have been able to match this just fine.
